This study tests if adding a special computer-based brain training activity to regular ankle function tests can help teenage and young adult athletes who have ongoing ankle problems. If you are a licensed football, basketball, or volleyball player aged 16–25 with chronic ankle instability for at least a year, you may be eligible.

Who can take part
- You are between 16 and 25 years old.
- You are a licensed athlete playing football, basketball, or volleyball competitively.
- You have had at least one ankle sprain more than 12 months ago that caused pain and stopped you from activity for a day or more.
- Your ankle has been unstable in the past 6 months—either your ankle gave way at least two times or you had repeat sprains.
- Your ankle instability score on a standard test is 25 or lower.
- You practice with your team at least 3 times a week.
