Who can take part
- You must have been diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) or acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with a TP53 gene change.
- You must be between 12 and 65 years old.
- You must have received a stem cell transplant from a donor (allogeneic) and had a test within 2 months showing no leftover cancer cells.
- You must be well enough to perform daily activities (Karnofsky score greater than 60).
- You must not have severe or uncontrolled graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) or serious organ problems.
