Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) that came back after a stem cell transplant.
- Your cancer shows signs of coming back—like having at least 5% abnormal cells in bone marrow, or certain DNA changes detected by special tests.
- You are in generally good health (able to be up and about for at least half the day).
- A supply of donor white blood cells is available, or your original donor can donate more.
