Who can take part
- You have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in remission and are planning a reduced-intensity stem cell transplant from an unrelated donor
- Your disease is considered high-risk based on genetic markers or minimal residual disease testing
- You are at least 18 years old and in good enough health (Karnofsky score of 50% or higher)
- Your kidneys, liver, and heart are functioning adequately for transplant and study drugs
- You have acceptable blood counts before starting the second phase of the study (Part B)
- You agree not to become pregnant or father a child during treatment and for 120 days after, and not to breastfeed for 2 years
