Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have had chronic pain (not from cancer) for at least 3 months.
  • Your pain has been at least a 4 out of 10 in the last 2 weeks, or your daily activities have been significantly limited.
  • You can understand and sign a consent form, and complete surveys in Spanish.
  • You do not have a severe memory or thinking problem, an unstable psychiatric condition, or an urgent medical need.
