New drug for advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to hormone therapy

Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to standard hormone therapy.
  • You have tried at least one newer hormone drug (like abiraterone, enzalutamide, apalutamide, or darolutamide) and the cancer kept growing.
  • A special scan (PSMA-PET) shows your cancer is PSMA-positive, meaning it has a marker this drug targets.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor or a bone metastasis.
  • You are generally in good health (able to care for yourself, with a performance status of 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function.
  • You haven't had certain previous treatments like radioisotope therapy in the last 6 months or external radiation in the last 2 months.
