Combination treatment for advanced lung cancer
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.
This trial tests a new drug, ILKN421H, combined with pembrolizumab (a type of immunotherapy) for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has not responded to standard treatments or has not been treated before. It aims to see if this combination can help shrink tumors or slow their growth.

This trial tests two investigational drugs, BNT326 and BNT327, together in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread or can't be cured with local treatment. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and might help shrink tumors.
This trial tests a new combination of two drugs (Calderasib and Pembrolizumab) in people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancer) that has a KRAS G12C mutation and high PD-L1 levels. It aims to see if this treatment can help shrink or control the cancer.
This trial tests a new study drug called PF-08634404 combined with standard chemotherapy for people with advanced lung cancer that has not been treated before. It aims to see if this combination works better than chemotherapy alone.
This trial tests a three-drug combination (ipilimumab, nivolumab, and nogapendekin alfa inbakicept) as a first treatment for people with stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if this approach can help your immune system fight the cancer more effectively.
This trial is comparing a new combination of two immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab and relatlimab) plus chemotherapy against the standard immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) plus chemotherapy for people with advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that has a certain protein (PD-L1) on at least 1% of its cells. The goal is to see if the new combination works better.
This Phase 2 trial studies pembrolizumab (an immunotherapy drug) in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer whose disease can’t be treated with curative surgery or combined chemoradiation. It aims to see how well the treatment works and how safely it can be given, especially for people who have not had other cancer medicines for metastatic disease.
