Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have advanced (stage IIIB/IIIC or IV) non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or treated with chemoradiation.
  • You cannot have had any prior systemic treatment for your lung cancer.
  • Your cancer must not have certain genetic changes (like EGFR or ALK) that have approved targeted treatments.
  • You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (not in the brain) and provide a tumor tissue sample for testing.
  • You must be generally healthy enough for treatment, with good organ function and a performance status of 0 or 1.
