Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of pulmonary arterial hypertension caused by schistosomiasis.
- You have been treated for schistosomiasis in the past.
- Your condition has been stable for the last 12 weeks (no major worsening or heart failure).
- You are able to walk and carry out daily activities (WHO functional class I, II, or III).
- You are already taking standard medications for pulmonary hypertension (PDE-5 inhibitors or endothelin receptor antagonists) for at least 12 weeks.
