Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and are in World Health Organization (WHO) functional class I, II, or III.
- You are currently taking at least two PAH medications (like sildenafil, riociguat, bosentan, ambrisentan, or prostacyclin drugs) at the highest doses you can tolerate.
- You do not have any other serious medical condition that the study doctor thinks might interfere.
