Mindful yoga for older adults and caregivers

This trial tests whether a mindful yoga program helps older adults recently discharged from the hospital and their family caregivers feel better and manage the transition home. If you are 65 or older, can understand Cantonese, and can attend sessions (even in a wheelchair), you may be able to join.

  • You were discharged from a local public hospital in the last 3 months
  • You can understand Cantonese
  • You can get to the yoga sessions (even if you use a wheelchair)
  • You are not currently diagnosed with severe depression, anxiety, stress disorder, or advanced dementia
