  • You must be 21 years old or older.
  • You must have severe tricuspid regurgitation (a leaky heart valve).
  • You must be on stable heart failure medications, including water pills, unless you can't take them.
  • You must be considered a good candidate for a catheter-based heart valve replacement.
  • You must not have certain heart or lung conditions, uncontrolled infections, or other serious health issues.
