  • Age 18–90 years old
  • Severe tricuspid valve leaking (regurgitation) that causes symptoms like shortness of breath or swelling
  • Your heart team (cardiologists, surgeons, anesthetists) agrees you are too high-risk for traditional open-heart valve surgery
  • Your heart anatomy is suitable for this catheter-based procedure, confirmed by imaging
  • You have not had prior tricuspid valve surgery or repair that would interfere with this new device
  • Your heart's pumping strength (left ventricle ejection fraction) is 40% or higher
