Testing FZ-AD005 for high-grade glioma

Who can take part

  • You have a high-grade glioma (a fast-growing brain tumor) that is either a specific type called diffuse midline glioma with an H3 K27 mutation just after radiation, or a glioma that has come back or gotten worse after standard treatment.
  • You must have had a tumor tissue test that shows a protein called DLL3 is present on your cancer cells.
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old and able to take care of most daily tasks (Karnofsky score 60 or 70).
  • If you take steroids for brain swelling, your dose must be stable and low (5 mg or less of dexamethasone per day) for at least a week before starting.
  • You cannot have had certain other cancers, serious heart or lung problems, active infections, or untreated brain swelling that could be dangerous.
