Who can take part

  • You have aphasia (trouble with language after a stroke)
  • You often have difficulty finding the right words
  • You can repeat single words
  • Your vision and hearing are normal (or corrected with glasses/hearing aids)
  • You had a single stroke on the left side of your brain and have had aphasia for at least a few months
  • You spoke Cantonese fluently before your stroke
  • You do not have other brain disorders or severe speech/motor problems
