Who can take part
- You must have locally advanced, recurrent, or metastatic cancer (cancer that has spread) that has not responded to standard treatments, or for which no standard treatment is available.
- You need a documented KRAS G12D gene mutation in a tumor or blood sample taken within the last 5 years.
- Your cancer must be measurable on imaging scans.
- You should be well enough to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- Your organs and bone marrow function must be adequate.
- You cannot have had previous treatment with a KRAS G12D inhibitor or a pan RAS inhibitor.
