Who can take part

  • You have a solid cancer that is advanced (metastatic or locally advanced) and is getting worse
  • Your tumor test (from tissue or blood) shows a KRAS G12C mutation within the last 5 years
  • Your cancer has measurable spots doctors can track on scans
  • You are well enough to function day-to-day (ECOG 0 or 1)
  • Your blood and organ tests are adequate, based on the trial’s screening window
  • You have not recently received other cancer treatments without enough time to “wash out,” per the protocol
