  • Your tumor must have a specific genetic change called KRAS G12D.
  • You must not have active brain metastases that are causing problems or need treatment.
  • No serious heart conditions or significant liver disease.
  • No condition that prevents your body from absorbing oral medications properly.
  • If you could become pregnant or father a child, you must agree to use effective birth control.
