Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with a cancer in your abdomen (like colon, stomach, pancreas, liver, or bladder cancer).
  • You are scheduled for planned (non-emergency) major surgery at Siriraj Hospital and are enrolled in their ERAS program.
  • You will have at least 14 days before your surgery to take part in a prehabilitation program.
  • You are able to understand the study information and agree to join by signing a consent form.
  • You do not have serious heart, lung, or bone/joint problems that make exercise unsafe.
  • You do not have significant memory problems or mental health issues that would prevent you from following the program.
