Who can take part
- You have triple negative breast cancer (ER and PR are very low and HER2 is negative).
- Your cancer is high-risk and you plan to receive treatment before surgery (neoadjuvant therapy) with a radiation plan.
- Your tumor has “low immune presence” or specific immune markers (like low tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, node involvement, low CPS score, or low PD-L1).
- You do not have cancer spread to other organs (no metastatic disease).
- You can do daily activities at a good level (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and your organ tests are adequate.
- You’re able and willing to provide blood samples and tumor tissue, and follow birth-control rules if you can become pregnant.
