  • You have diabetic nephropathy (kidney damage from diabetes).
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your kidney function (eGFR) is over 45 ml/min/1.73m².
  • Your 24-hour urine protein is less than 2.0 grams per day.
  • You have specific TCM patterns (like deficiency, stasis, or rheumatic symptoms).
  • Your current diabetes and blood pressure medications have been stable for at least 1 month.
