Who can take part

  • Your cancer must be advanced and have not responded to standard treatments.
  • Your tumor must test positive for the Claudin 18.2 protein.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must be willing to provide a tumor sample from a previous biopsy or have a new one taken.
  • You should be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts and organ function must be within certain limits.
