Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older and able to do usual daily activities fairly well (ECOG 0–1)
- Have advanced solid tumors that are stomach/GEJ or pancreatic cancer, and you’ve had no good remaining standard treatment options
- Your tumor test must show Claudin 18.2 is positive (at least 50% of tumor cells with moderate/strong staining)
- Have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans, and have enough blood counts and organ function (kidneys, liver, heart)
- You cannot receive other anti-cancer treatments during the study period, and you must not be allergic to the study drug components
