Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years old
- Advanced solid tumor (gastric, pancreatic, or bile duct cancer) confirmed by biopsy that has progressed despite first-line treatment
- Tumor must test positive for Claudin18.2 protein (a specific marker on cancer cells)
- Good overall health status (ECOG score 0–1, meaning you can do most daily activities)
- Life expectancy greater than 6 months
- Normal blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function (confirmed by lab tests within 1 week before treatment)
