Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 85 years old.
- You have never had a prostate biopsy before.
- You have a single suspicious spot on your MRI with a PI-RADS score of 3 or more (moderate to high risk).
- You meet one of these criteria: a suspicious lump on a digital rectal exam, an abnormal finding on ultrasound or MRI, a PSA over 10, or a PSA between 4–10 with a low free/total PSA ratio or high PSA density.
- Your MRI was done within one month before your biopsy.
- You have not had any prior prostate cancer treatments like radiation, chemotherapy, hormone therapy, or surgery.
