Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 to 75 years old.
- You have ovarian cancer that has stopped responding to platinum chemotherapy (like carboplatin or cisplatin) within 6 months of your last treatment.
- You have had at least one other treatment for your cancer after it became resistant, and no more than 3 different types of systemic treatment (chemotherapy, targeted therapy, etc.) in total.
- You are generally active and able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-2).
- Your blood counts, kidney, liver, and clotting function are within certain acceptable ranges.
- You are willing to use effective contraception during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
