Who can take part

  • You have stage IV non-small cell lung cancer with more than 5 separate spots of cancer spread (not just a few).
  • You have not had any cancer treatment yet, or you have had some treatment (like targeted pills, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy) and the cancer is currently under control.
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old and are in fairly good health (able to do most daily activities).
  • Your lung function is good enough (FEV1 > 50%), and your major organs (heart, liver, kidneys, blood) are working well.
  • If cancer has spread to your brain, you are awake and alert.
  • You are willing to follow the study plan and give consent.
