  • You are caring for someone 65 or older who is in the hospital with pneumonia.
  • You are 18 or older and the main person helping them at home.
  • You can read and understand Mandarin Chinese.
  • You have a smartphone or tablet and can use a chatbot app.
  • You live with the patient you care for.
  • You are not a trained nurse, nursing assistant, or other healthcare professional.
