Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have multiple myeloma that has returned after a previous treatment that included lenalidomide, and you have received no more than two lines of therapy.
  • You must have already had treatment with lenalidomide and a CD38 antibody like daratumumab or isatuximab.
  • Your cancer must be measurable by blood or urine tests, or you must have at least one plasmacytoma of 2 cm or more, or your bone marrow must have 30% or more plasma cells.
  • You must not have had prior treatment with BCMA-targeted therapy, carfilzomib, or pomalidomide that was refractory (meaning it didn't work).
  • You must have adequate organ function, such as acceptable blood counts, liver function, and kidney function.
