  • You have been diagnosed with multiple system atrophy (either MSA-P or MSA-C).
  • You are between 35 and 65 years old.
  • You do not have another major neurological condition, like Parkinson's disease or Alzheimer's.
  • You do not have severe heart, kidney, or liver problems.
  • You have not had stem cell therapy before.
