  • You have documented nerve damage in the brain/spinal cord or nerves outside the brain that usually won’t improve with standard care
  • Your symptoms started at least 6 months ago
  • Your current medicines or surgeries (if any) are stable and not expected to quickly reverse the nerve damage
  • You are at least 18 and can understand the study and provide consent
  • You must be healthy enough for the procedure after your usual doctor gives medical clearance
  • You must be able and willing to do follow-up visits and repeat nerve exams
