Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have severe knee arthritis (grade 3 or 4) with pain at least 5 out of 10.
  • Your leg bows inward (varus deformity) by more than 3 degrees.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is under 35 (calculated from your height and weight).
  • You are healthy enough for surgery (low anesthesia risk).
  • You can follow up for 12 months and give your written consent.
