6-Minute Pegboard and Ring Test for Adults With Sleep Apnea

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You must have a diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) confirmed by a sleep study.
  • You must be able to understand and follow simple test instructions.
  • You must be able to raise both arms above your head comfortably.
  • You should not have any neurological condition (like stroke or multiple sclerosis) that affects arm movement.
  • You should not have unstable heart or lung problems, or a recent serious infection.
