Who can take part

  • You’re between 18 and 80 years old
  • You have obstructive sleep apnea, with at least 15 breathing events per hour
  • You are not currently receiving treatment for your sleep apnea
  • You can safely do regular exercise and you can consent in writing
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or less
  • You are not pregnant and you are not taking water pills (diuretics)
