Who can take part
- You’re between 18 and 80 years old
- You have obstructive sleep apnea, with at least 15 breathing events per hour
- You are not currently receiving treatment for your sleep apnea
- You can safely do regular exercise and you can consent in writing
- You have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or less
- You are not pregnant and you are not taking water pills (diuretics)
