How leisure activities affect quality of life in low back pain

This study looks at how your hobbies and free-time activities might improve your quality of life if you have long-term low back pain (pain that lasts 12 weeks or more). You will answer questionnaires about your daily life and what you enjoy doing.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have chronic low back pain that has lasted for at least 12 weeks.
  • You can read and fill out questionnaires in French.
  • You have not had back surgery in the last 6 months and don't need surgery right now.
  • You do not have a serious health condition like a recent stroke, active cancer, or a severe mental health issue.
