Who can take part
- You have chronic kidney disease (stages 3 or 4, not on dialysis) or active rheumatoid arthritis (moderate to high disease activity).
- You have a doctor's permission to do physical activity safely.
- You are not taking more than 10 mg of prednisone daily or your steroid dose is stable.
- Your blood pressure is not uncontrolled.
