Who can take part

  • You have heart failure with reduced pumping ability (HFrEF).
  • Your kidney function is lower than normal (eGFR under 90).
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your symptoms are in NYHA class II or III (you get short of breath with ordinary activity).
  • You have been cleared as low risk for starting an exercise program.
