  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your doctor says you need a single chamber ventricular pacemaker for a slow heart rhythm (like high-grade AV block or sick sinus syndrome)
  • You have not had a pacemaker, ICD, or CRT device before
  • Your heart's pumping strength (LVEF) is above 50%
  • You are willing to use a home monitor to check your device
  • You are expected to live longer than 2 years
