Who can take part
- You must be 18 years old or older
- You are not pregnant (for people who can become pregnant)
- You have heart failure with an ejection fraction (LVEF) of 50% or less
- Your doctor recommends a pacemaker-type procedure (PM, CRT-P, CRT-D, or His-bundle/left bundle pacing), for heart failure or after a prior pacing attempt did not work
- You either have heart failure as above OR you have slow heart rhythms/AV block that calls for a dual-chamber pacemaker
