- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have breast cancer, including certain types linked to BRCA genes or lobular breast cancer.
- You must have colon cancer that was completely removed, especially stage III or with blood vessel invasion.

- You must have stage IIB or IIIA non-small cell lung cancer.
