- You have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that is borderline resectable (touching nearby blood vessels but can still be removed) or locally advanced (too close to major blood vessels to remove right away).
- You have not had any prior cancer treatment like chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy.
- You are 18 years or older and able to perform daily activities with minimal help (ECOG 0-1).
