Who can take part

  • You must have either endometrial cancer or ovarian cancer that is advanced (has spread or cannot be surgically removed).
  • You cannot have cancer that has spread to your brain and is not under control, or a history of a specific type of brain lining cancer called carcinomatous meningitis.
  • You must not have any active serious infections, such as bacterial, viral, fungal, or parasitic infections.
  • Your eyes must be healthy—no cornea damage, cornea transplant, or ongoing corneal disease.
  • You should have no serious heart disease, a normal heart rhythm (QTcF less than 470 ms), and no history of pneumonitis or lung scarring.
