Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have symptoms of post-traumatic stress (like nightmares, flashbacks, or feeling on edge) related to your baby's NICU stay.
  • You can understand and speak Finnish well enough for therapy and questionnaires.
  • You are not currently in another trauma-focused therapy and do not have a severe untreated mental health crisis.
  • You are willing and able to give informed consent.
