This trial tests a new contrast agent called mangaciclanol for MRI scans of the central nervous system (brain and spine) or body areas like the chest, belly, pelvis, and muscles. You may join if you have known or suspected tumors that need an MRI with contrast, and you're healthy enough to have two contrast MRIs within a short time.

Who can take part
- You are an adult (18 or older) and can give informed consent.
- You have known or suspected tumors in the brain, spine, or certain body areas (head/neck, chest, belly, pelvis, or muscles) based on a recent scan (CT, PET, or MRI within the last year).
- You are scheduled for a contrast MRI and agree to have a second contrast MRI for the study.
- Your condition is stable (no sudden worsening in the last 2 days).
- You have adequate kidney function (eGFR test will be done to check).
- Women must not be pregnant and must use effective birth control for 30 days after the last dose; men must use effective birth control for 90 days after the last dose.
