Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a long-term spinal cord injury (either from birth or acquired) and have had it for many years.
  • You can understand Swedish well enough and have internet access to join weekly video group meetings.
  • You are able to complete questionnaires on your own and give your permission to participate.
  • You do not have a severe, untreated mental health condition that would make it hard to take part in the group sessions.
