Who can take part

  • Your spinal cord injury happened at least 12 months ago and is at level C5 or below
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You can lift your shoulders more than a quarter of the way
  • You use a wheelchair, walker, or other assistive device for mobility
  • You are not currently in a new rehab program (ongoing wellness visits are okay)
  • You have internet access to join live online exercise classes
