Study how ketone changes in the body with diet and fasting

This study looks at how your body processes “ketones,” which are energy molecules that rise with fasting or low carbohydrate intake. You may be asked to follow strict diet and activity rules before test days so researchers can see what affects ketone metabolism.

Ketone drink, high altitude, and brain blood flow during exercise

This trial tests whether a ketone monoester supplement affects brain blood flow and exercise performance at high altitude. It may help us understand how to support brain function during altitude exposure.

Maple syrup for cycling performance

This study tests if drinking maple syrup before and during a 20-km bike ride helps trained cyclists go faster. Participants will try different amounts of maple syrup to find the best dose.

Ketone drink and exercise fuel use in trained cyclists

This study tests if drinking a ketone supplement before exercise changes how your body uses carbs for fuel. It may help trained cyclists and triathletes understand fuel efficiency.

Ketone drinks with carbs for hard cycling performance

This study looks at whether taking a special drink (ketone supplement) with carbohydrates can help improve your cycling performance when you are riding at a very hard effort level.
