  • You have been diagnosed with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB).
  • You are 15 years old or older.
  • Your doctor has prescribed linezolid as part of the BPaL or BPaL-M treatment plan.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have severe liver or kidney failure.
  • You are not allergic to linezolid.
