Who can take part

  • You have newly diagnosed AML that hasn't been treated yet.
  • You cannot get standard intensive chemotherapy because of your age (75 or older) or because of other health problems (like heart, lung, or kidney issues).
  • You haven't had prior treatment with azacitidine, venetoclax, or quizartinib.
  • Your white blood cell count is no higher than 25,000 before starting.
  • You don't have active leukemia in your brain or spinal fluid.
  • You agree to follow study rules about pregnancy prevention.
