Who can take part
- You must have advanced liver cancer (BCLC stage C or stage B not suitable for surgery or local treatments).
- You must not have received any prior systemic (whole-body) cancer therapy for your advanced liver cancer.
- You must be willing to provide a tumor tissue sample to test for a marker called GPC3.
- You must be in reasonably good health (ECOG performance status 0 or 1 – able to carry out daily activities).
- You must have at least one measurable tumor that can be seen on scans.
- You cannot have active hepatitis B or C, or other serious infections.
